The Richardson School, a MyPath Company, is now accepting applications for an Instructional Aide position. The Instructional Aides are responsible for providing direct care to students and those participating in camp, respite, and other programs. Assists students/program participants in meeting their educational, treatment, behavioral, and hygiene needs as identified.The Richardson School provides a year-round school option for local districts to access for children with special needs. Typically, these children have been dually diagnosed with developmental or neurological disabilities and emotional, behavioral or mental health disorders.Join a school that truly provides the individualized attention that is required for students having significant special needs!Responsibilities:As an Instructional Aid having empathy and understanding of the emotional and developmental disabilities of the people you serve is essential. The Richardson School will provide training to use proper interventions and approaches while helping students with their daily needs.
